Process Analyst

This is a great opportunity for an individual with good process improvement experience to work for one of the largest automotive organisation's in the world.

Key skills and experience required include:

*Mapping of existing processes
*Identification of opportunities to improve existing processes
*Design of new or replacement processes ( in particular to full utilise SAP system)
*Analysis of benefits including but not limited to service improvement, time saving and cost reduction
*Experience of working with governance forums
*Knowledge of process mapping and design tools such as Visio, SharePoint
*Strong data gathering and analysis, problem solving and presentation skills
*The ability to present, facilitate and lead assigned process improvement events
*Working with departmental management to ensure appropriate participation and support
*Provision of follow-up and monitoring of the progress of each process improvement implementation to assure timely action, appropriate management support and achievement of expected benefits
*Use of appropriate measurement/performance metrics, analysis and evaluation methods to accurately identify and document process improvements and associated governance
*Development of reports of overall process improvement activities including achievements, participation, projected activities, and anticipated requirements
