ITIL PROCESS ANALYST

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ITIL Process Analyst to secure a role 4 month Contract within an international fashion company. Working on this new and exciting project your role is to identify, establish and define core IT processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

- Working closely with clients and the business to identify and analyse core business processes and workflows
- Documenting of the end to end process and workflows
- Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
- Identifying issues and risks

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience as a Business/Process Analyst managing the delivery of information technology solutions.
- Strong Skills in End to End Process Mapping and Service Transition
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows
- Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
- Strong business/client engagement skills
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Proven track record of working in a company where ITIL based practices has been followed.
