Process Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a PROCESS ANALYST to join our client in Bellevue, WA.

Client Overview:
Our client is the world's leading aerospace company and the largest manufacturer of commercial jetliners and military aircraft combined. Additionally, our client designs and manufactures rotorcraft, electronic and defense systems, missiles, satellites, launch vehicles and advanced information and communication systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads activities to define, deploy, evaluate and support common computing standards, IT processes, tools and process/performance metrics. Participates in defining plans to support common standards and processes.
- Identifies qualitative and quantitative improvement measures.
- Advises on the selection of key parameters and standards to monitor progress.
- Leads the definition, development and deployment of common process requirements and infrastructure products and services.
- Leads activities to educate and promote use of Boeing IT common processes, methodologies, products and services.
- Consults and advises others in common processes for software development and maintenance. Reviews and evaluates new technology for software process impact.
- Supports and integrates architecture mapping to common processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with HP Asset Manager Software or other similar IT asset management tools.
- Prior IT audit support experience.
- Ability to communicate with more than 800 end users regarding the implemented software application.
- Experience providing end user application training to end users worldwide.
- Process analyst certification preferred.
