Connect44 have a great new opportunity for a proccess expert based in Zurich.
The role is with a major Telecoms vendor on a 3 month renewable contract. please see the job spec below, and ALL applicants must hold an EU passport or permission to work in Switzerland.
JOB LOCATION:
This position will be based in Zurich, Switzerland.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for leading the Process Improvement Initiatives in a telecom managed service project. It needs to provide leadership, planning, technical direction, communication and coaching to ensure high quality services are provided to the customer in the most effective manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drives continuous improvement to quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality, and services
- Trains and educates the organization and implements continuous improvement
- Knows and promotes methodologies including but not limited to eTOM, ITIL, MSUP
- Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities including tracking current issues through data analysis and developing improvement plans based on the data
- Focuses on core telecom operation processes including Network Planning, Design & Development processes, Service Assurance & Service Desk processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bsc. or higher in economical, science or technical field
- Excellent business and technical skills in Telecom Operations processes
- Minimum 3 years similar experience in a related industry
- Solid experience in Project Management
- Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated, open minded, flexible
- Strong communications and facilitation skills
- Works well in fast paced complex projects and multicultural environment
- Proficient in English, other language is desirable (German, French, Italian)
