Problem Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a Problem Manager (m/w) for our automotive client in the area around Stuttgart with the following position-profile:

Task:
· Managing and tracking of incoming problems
· Track the problems/tickets over the complete development process till closure
· Prioritization of tickets
· Burn down of the tickets
· Responsibility to know which tickets are in which state for each delivery to the customer
· Discussing the problems with the customers external and internal
· Discussing the problems with colleagues
Skills:
· Well organized work style
· Structured and analytic approach
· Clear and structured communication
· Management skills preferred
· Patient work
· Willingness to possible business trips
Fluent in English, written and spoken
