Incident + Problem Manager for an 18 month fixed term contract with a prestigious company in the financial services based in Canary Wharf.
The Incident + Problem Manager should have proven hands on experience working with and managing effective Incident + Problem Management processes, working with multiple outsourced service providers. Experience working with cloud based service providers would be an advantage.
The suitable Incident + Problem Manager will have a good understanding of IT Infrastructure but doesn't need to be a highly technical individual, but does need to understand complex end to end solutions and have an understanding and ideally experience of key technologies such as SaaS (eg Salesforce) and other IT areas including applications, databases, middleware, servers, networking, interfaces etc.
As an Incident + Problem Manager you will need to have worked in an ITIL environment previously and have experience of using a structured Project Management methodology such as Prince 2. An understanding of commercial contracts or business services agreements would be beneficial.
