Problem & Incident Lead/Manager - West Yorkshire - 4 months

Due to increase in work load our well known client urgently requires an experienced Problem and Incident Lead based in West Yorkshire.

The successful Problem and Incident Lead will have experience of:

- Working in a Service Management environment
- In delivering to SLAs in a complex technology environment
- Experience of the processes used to manage the delivery of IT services in a Service Management environment.
- ITIL Foundation Qualification (v2 or v3).
- Direct exposure to customers in a service support role.

The contract duration is initially 4 months although extensions are highly likely. Rate is max £350 a day.
