Pro-E Design Engineer

I currently have a contract opportunity for a Design Engineer to join a leading service company withinAberdeen.

My client is looking for a design engineer with proven oil and gas experience specifically working within the subsea sector. They are offering long term contract opportunities and have secured multiple projects with their clients.

If you are looking for a new challenge, you need the following to be considered:
* Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
* Oil &Gas experience
* Pro-Engineer experience
* Drawings to ISO standards
* Subsea experience
* Manufacturing techniques

Your duties and tasks as a Design Engineer will include:
* Producing 3D models
* Assist in the design, manufacture and assembly of riser equipment
* Produce technical designs & BOMs
* Machine and fabrication drawings
* Participate in design reviews
* Checking drawings and calculations

You will be working with work over riser systems therefore it is essential you have this type experience to be considered. If you do not have this specific experience you may be considered for this role or a similar fitting role if you have previously worked with subsea equipments such as tree's, wellheads or control systems.
