Privacy Officer (GDPR, AVG)

SUMMARY:

- Assess and prepare Privacy Impact analysis (PIA);
- Assessing and compiling privacy regulations and privacy protocols;
- Assess and prepare processor agreements and transparency documents;
- Maps out processing operations with the cooperation of the business;
- Tests processing of personal data and any related contracts and covenants on conformity with regulations in the area of privacy legislation ensures compliance with legislation and regulations, as well as the group agreements on privacy by the organization.
- The Privacy Officer carries out tasks himself, or ensures that these are carried out;
- Issues solicited and unsolicited advice within the organization about privacy issues and makes proposals to limit privacy risks;
- Takes care of answering questions in the area of privacy that concern business operations;

SKILLS:

- You have experience with the Baseline Information Security Municipalities (BIG);
- You have experience with operational management processes (personnel, finances, legal affairs, etc);
- You have experience with processes and information provision in the field of public order and safety
