Prison Primary Care Nurse - Worcestershire

Our client has a job vacancy for a Prison Primary Care Nurse work in Worcestershire. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for these roles is 22-24 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties
- Delivering evidence-based practice for residents presenting with long-term conditions, and the provision of preventative health care to the population.
- Being responsible for the care delivered, demonstrating critical thinking and skills in clinical decision-making in the management of patients.
- Working collaboratively within the Healthcare team to meet the needs of patients, support the delivery of policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.
- Working with others to protect and promote the health and well being of those in your care, their families and carers, and the wider community within the centre.
- Providing a high standard of practice at all times.

Requirements
All applicants must be a fully Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and have a valid NMC Pin. You must also have a minimum of 2 years recent post qualified experience working within a similar role. Prison clearance is essential.
