Priority 1 Incident Manager - Legal, Remedy, London

Our client, one of the worlds leading legal firms, have an urgent requirement for a Priority 1 Incident Manager. The successful candidate will be working closely with a variety of It teams and will have a significant impact on the business.

The ideal Incident Manager will be:

- Ideally ISEB ITSM Foundation qualified (or similar)
- Experience managing major incidents/P1 situations
- Managing production of stats and reports, reflecting performance of an operational service
- Ideally has experience of using Remedy toolset

This is a long term contract opportunity offering excellent rates and should not be missed.
