Print Design Project Manager: Digital Communications: World Leading Oilmonitoring cost, briefing, administration, correct use of processes and systems
- Manage 3rd party Production suppliers to meet those targets
- High levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure all projects are compliant with relevant HSSE, ethic, legal and Branding policies
- Working with the customer/clients to shape their requirements, ensuring the end solution is best fit for the customer's needs and delivers value for money
- Act as ambassador for the Production Centre of Excellence

Dimensions:

- Project management and ownership of multiple production projects simultaneously
- Delivery through selection of preferred suppliers
- Project Adviser ensures spend is in line with project budgets, owned by CX or business

Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or related experience equivalent of 5 or more years in a creative environment, working with brands (agency or internal department).
- Industry experience in (digital) Design, communications, print manufacturing (3+ years)
- Experienced in budget management
- Expert in (creative) communication production
- Passionate about design and knowledgeable about industry best practices in design production and procurement
- Proven ability to delegate and manage delivery through others to deliver a diverse and demanding workload
- Strong project management and implementation experience and a passion to overcome challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills and proven ability to build relationships within organization, inclusive of leadership
- Good spoken and written English is essential. Other specified languages as relevant to the location
- Good working knowledge of all appropriate MSOffice packages
- Apple Mac program experience and DTP applications (Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop/Acrobat/InDesign) will be an asset
