Print and Scan Service Specialist

AS A MICROSOFT RELATED PRODUCTS SPECIALIST (AD, Windows Servers (2008, 2012) and Workstation) in virtualized environments (VSphere/Hyper-v) for middle to large infrastructure (thousands of Servers/users) being able to do the following tasks:

-          Act as Technical Expert/Architect (planning activities, communication with customers and internal colleagues)
-          Design of the technical solutions and participate in technical discussions
-          Assist Implementation of new projects and upgrades of existing infrastructure.
-          Document the implemented solutions
-          Coach of customers and supplier
-          Analyse and understand customer needs, be able to transform needs into technical solution and proposal
-          Advise colleagues and customers on technical matters, become a referent in your specialties

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES:

-          Support presales, architecture and design of Microsoft solutions.
-          Present and defend solutions
-          Work on multiple projects/customers simultaneously

TECH & FUNC SKILLS:

-          Experience with Microsoft migrations method (Focus AD, Printers, File) (Exchange)
-          Experience with Print & Scan service of Microsoft (& possibly Ricoh)
-          Scripting/automation experience PowerShell, VBScript
-          Ricoh software, MS Clusters, (equitrac)
-          5 years min of experience with Microsoft Back Office environments (AD, Exchange, Windows Servers) and virtualized infrastructure (VMware/hyper-v)
-          Experience operationally responsible for projects, from design to implementation
-          Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP principles) and storage (SAN)
-          Experience in analysing and simplifying complex matters
-          Good communication skills/Good writing 450
