Principle Product Engineer

My Client based in Nijmegen, Netherlands are looking for a Principle Product Engineer on a 12 month extendable contract, working for a semiconductor market leader.

Requirements are below:

As Principal Product Engineer you will lead sub-project teams (TPE) and manage/drive external parties (subcontractors, SLA's etc.). Plan and track own planning and align with the overall project planning.

* You have the technical depth & communication skills to lead discussions with technical experts and leaders from other disciplines (IC architects, quality, process, package, etc) to influence the project direction and decisions while making right balance between TPE/Industrial requirements and project goals.

* Are a clear competence leader with an active and effective external orientation, using their skills to also keep competencies of others up-to-date. Trains larger parts of the organization and is able to adapt the message to all disciplines.

Ability to take the lead in a project

Solves undefined complex problems with non-existing solutions

Able to organize work for others

Takes initiatives outside own department

Can bring change into project with implications for different disciplines
