We are looking for someone for a 6 month assignment who can deal with a case-load of planning applications, this person will have their own case-load and will also support the day to day running of the department when required.
This role will play an important role in the major development applications over the next 3-6 months which will include some fairly complex applications, we are looking for a chartered or qualified town planner who has experience dealing with both internal and external development applications and someone who can deal with complex conflict of interest cases. This person will also need experience contract managing third party organisations.
