Good understanding of the IP technologies, protocols and network topology
Good understanding of the Network operations processes & Functions
5-6 years. of experience in IP Core Network Operations with service provider
Good understanding of IP network elements & protocols
Good communication skills
Familiar with Cisco Routers, Switches, DNS, AAA, Firewalls, DHCP etc.
Knowledge of relevant Third party products, including:
o Cisco 6500 series
o Cisco 3750 series
o Cisco Nexus (all models)
o Cisco ACE
o Cisco ASA
o Checkpoint Firewall
o Juniper Firewall of Alteon Load Balancer of F5 Load Balancer.
