PROJECT: As Principal UX Expert you act as usability person in projects, manage stakeholders from all areas and tailor processes considering the whole context as well as take over the following tasks:

- Drive end-to-end solutions over multiple products and life cycle teams
- Responsible for the application of the usability engineering process in projects by direct support, coaching, consulting and/or reviews
- Responsible for the application of the UX guidelines
- Accountable within the project for synchronizing with Interaction Designers of other projects
- Responsible for coordination of and decisions on usability engineering activities

REQUIREMENTS:

- Certificate of a technical or business institute (eg in engineering, accounting, applied psychology) or other recognized professional qualification
- 4-5 years experience in Interaction Design, Usability evaluation, User research as well as Personal development/User journeys
- Good understanding of various use contexts and technical constraints in development
- Ability to travel at least 1 week per year
- Capability to act as a UX lead in projects, promoting the UX domain, continuously improving methods and motivate others to improve
- Capability to drive synchronization and alignment across product lines
- Capability to identify potential frictions in cooperation, planning and goals within a project and acts to resolve them. Does only need to escalate in exceptional cases
