ROLE: Principal UX Expert
LOCATION: Luzern Und Region, Switzerland
WORKLOAD: 100%

PROJECT: As Principal UX Expert you are the user experience lead, design customer facing e-services as well as you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Project planning, method selection, content creation over the whole user-centered design process
- Integrating internal/external service providers into the design process as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate of technical or business institute in the area of UX (eg Master in Human Computer Interaction Design)
- 4 - 5 years of experience in mastering the whole usability engineering process with a strong talent in visual design (100% on the job)
- Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to maintain good relationships with business, customers and developers
- Capability to promote UX in the whole project team, to drive synchronisation as well as alignment across product lines
- Technical: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Prototyping tools (eg Balsamiq, Axure, Adobe XD)
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 1 week per year
LANGUAGES:
- German fluent/mother tongue or very good
- English fluent/mother tongue or advanced
