PRINCIPAL SURVEYOR, ESTATE MANAGEMENT, RICS, LAND AND PROPERTY, CONTRACT, PLYMOUTH

Due to continuous success in all areas my Local Authorities client is seeking a Principal Surveyor for an initial 3-6 Month contract, to be based in Plymouth.

You will be working in the Land and Property team and have overall responsibility for co-ordinating the accelerated delivery of the Councils recent strategic Property review outcomes, in addition to providing land and property team input to the Councils Transformation programme.

You must have substantial experience in a middle management role in a customer focused environment, experience of devising and implementing effective strategic property reviews/assets management plans to maximize the use of property holdings and ideally have an up to date understanding and knowledge of property law, valuation and appraisal techniques.

Membership/Fellowship of the RICS is a nice to have.
