Tasks for the Principle Surveyor/Senior Surveyor
* Recommend decisions to the Project Board and Members concerning the effective management and use of the estate to maximise income and employment generating opportunities involving acquisitions, developments and disposals including community asset transfers.
* Continuously measure and improve service delivery processes to improve their consistency, quality and efficiency to contribute to corporate plan objectives and achieve value for money.
* Take feedback from customers/tenants into account when making decisions to ensure that the Landwe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
