Principal Software Engineer Job

PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Parsippany, NJ.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Extensive experience using JQuery and have used MV frameworks like Angular, Backbone or Ember in last 2 years
- Can design and execute branching strategy for version control using Git
- Have used tools and frameworks like modernizr, bootstrap and h5bp
- Comfortable writing W3C standard semantically correct HTML5/CSS3
- Fully familiar with industry trends in technology, platform, frameworks and devices

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manage expectation around scoping and size of an effort
- Fully participate in code reviews & identifying measures to increase delivery efficiency
- Manage development & QA team to deliver standard driven, high performing, & high quality experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Seven to nine (7-9) years of agency experience in similar, hands-on role
- Have managed two to eight (2-8) person team of developers, engineers & qa analysts
- Comfortable flexing between creative team collaboration to writing code & building prototypes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
