IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Development of oral dosage forms (including poorly soluble compounds) and the transfer to production
-Design, plan, perform, interpret and report results of scientific formulation experiments for the preparation and timely delivery of oral drug products including GMP manufacturing
-Lead and manage all formulation activities, support and coach team members and participate in scientific teams
-Contribute to the overall technical research, development strategies and goals

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Master or PhD with focus on pharmaceutical sciences and technology (e. g. pharmacy, chemistry)
-Profound successful industry experience in the development of pharmaceutical formulations (ideally oral dosage forms, solid understanding of QbD and biopharmaceutics)
-Interdisciplinary thinking and interest in collaboration with other functions
-Excellent scientific leadership skills
-Excellent knowledge of laboratory and/or technical tools (e. g. QbD, statistical software, PAT)
-Broad and profound understanding of development activities and processes in pharmaceutical sciences
-Solid knowledge of relevant GLP, GMP regulations and policies
-Fluency in English, German and/or French skills are beneficial
