IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Responsibility for the development of processes and technologies for GMP-manufacturing of protein pharmaceuticals including antibodies and other constructs occurring in mammalian as well as microbial systems
-Represent your discipline in CMC project teams and support all deliverables for process development, qualification, transfer to manufacturing sites and regulatory filing
-Lead teams of scientists and associates supporting your projects and ensure a high scientific standard of the work of your teams
-Support or lead business and scientific processes such as continuous improvement initiatives or development of novel technologies
-Support generation of project plans, ensure timely execution of assigned projects, actively communicate with department and project management, and deliver accurate documentation

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-PhD or equivalent education in (bio-)chemical engineering, biochemistry or a related discipline
-Excellent command of written and spoken English required, knowledge of spoken German desired but not essential
-Experience in protein purification, especially in protein chromatography is essential
-Strong knowledge regarding biochemistry and biochemical engineering principles
-Profound experience in process development or a related role in an industrial setting
-Demonstrated leadership skills
-Team player mentality, strong communication, presentation and scientific/technical writing skills, good management skills with respect to planning, tracking, priority setting and adherence to project timelines
