Principal RF Test Engineer

Our leading international Semiconductor partner is looking for a Principal RF Test Engineer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Securing the industrial test roadmap required to realise the product portfolio of a segment
Driving new test methodologies that improves way of working (calibration, test time, test accuracy)
Involvement in wide test and operation teams (Tester, Handler, DfT, TPE Community, User groups)
Involvement in wide DfT technique discussions and driving the DfT strategy within the business line
Together with multi-disciplinary team, finalise product test strategy in-line with target cost and high quality requirements
Manage the development of Industrial Test Facility (ITF)
Define the required HW, write and debug test software
Release ITF for production at Asia Pacific sites
Review and support junior and senior test engineers in achieving high quality test deliverables
Support Test Engineers at Production sites in identifying cost reduction opportunities, capacity expansion and transfers.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Master's or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering
10-15 years relevant experience in RF semiconductor, high volume industrial testing
Knowledge in RF Product testing
Good programming skills (C++, VBA, Labview)
Experience in leading multi-site, multidisciplinary projects and good stake holder management
Takes ownership and initiative, Target driven and international team player
Good communication and reporting skills in English
