Principal Quality Engineer - Supplier Quality

Projektbeschreibung
Component Qualification- support for development and validation of a micro-molded component at an external vendor.
Will require knowledge of/experience with:
- Injection molding (preferably micromolding)
- Mold design
- Polymer knowledge
- Validation
- Statistics (sampling plans, Ppk)
- Process FMEA
- First Article/Component Qualification activities
- Test method validation.
Good oral and written communications skills will be essential- this position will require interaction with internal project leadership and suppliers.
List of Education/Experience/ Skills necessary to do the job BEng Mech Eng, Polymer Engineeriing, Chemical Engineering
5+ Years med device
Supply chain experience preferred- Supplier Quality Engineering, Supplier Engineering, possibly Manufacturing Engineering Specific experience in micro-molding highly desirable
