Projektbeschreibung
Scope of Work
*Draft and complete initial TBCE.
*Production of related MS Project plan, in the Agencies Enterprise Project management (EPM) Toolset.
*Coordinate initial TBCE across the NCI Agency and stakeholders (SHAPE, Agency supporting divisions, LCCB, etc ) and adapt TBCE to comments and corrections received.
*Submit and coordinate TBCE to NOR and adapt TBCE to comments and corrections received.
*Submit to NOR for IC approval and adapt as needed based on comments or queries from IC.
*Support preparation of Invitation For Bid (IFB), for which a Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required.
Experience and Education.
*A University Degree in IT security, computer science or a closely related engineering field.
*A minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of Project Management of C2 Systems and/or IT security.
*Detailed knowledge and recent experience (a minimum of 12 months in the last 24 months) in the following areas:
oC2 systems Project Management.
oIT security.
* Practical experience in the following areas is desired:
oProject Management
oSoftware with a large codebase.
oIT security.
*Fluency in English; the work is conducted in English Language.
*Preferably, experience with the NATO Security Investment Programme.
*The candidate must have a NATO SECRET security clearance provided by the national security organization valid at the time of submission and covering the period of the requirement.
*The candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations.
Desirable:
*Knowledge of Project Management of IT and/or IT Security projects.
*Knowledge of NSIP process.
*Knowledge of communications and cross domain IT security measures.
*Knowledge of Air Defence C2 (NATO environment and preferably of ACCS).
*Knowledge of MS Project.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
