My leicestershire based client is looking for a well presented, enthusiastic controls system engineer to work within a close knit team currently undergoing expansion.
You will design and develop control system software for power systems and sub-system components. You will have experience with designing and building control systems using Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow for embedded systems.
Skills
Understanding of engineering principals and methodologies
Excellent understanding of Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow
Development of products following product lifecycle principals and good software quality assurance
Understanding and implementing real time control hardware and software
Working knowledge of various communication protocols including CAN and RS232
Fault finding and diagnostics of hardware
