Principal Consultant-UCCE : Reading, UK : 6 Months

LOCATION - Reading, UK

DURATION: 6 months

TECHNOLOGY AND SKILLS:

- Cisco UCCE skilled consultant engineer with minimum 5 years Cisco UCCE experience.
- UCCEv9+ Design and Implementation Skills and Experience of Cisco contract centre 3rd party applications (WIM eGain, Verint)
- Ability to provide technical leadership of other project engineers.
- Experience of delivering large scale transformational IT projects and contact centre migrations.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES:

- Support Customer Requirements and Design Workshops.
- Author and deliver Cisco Contact Centre Detailed Design documents.
- Implement and Configure Cisco Contact Centre Solution Design.
- Perform and support Cisco Contact Centre solution testing.

EXPERIENCE

- BSc, MSc or equivalent
- 10+ years contact centre experience, of which at least 5 years should be on UCCE

PROJECTS

- Leads and works on large scale transformational IT projects which involve highly complex Cisco contact centre and collaboration solutions
- Represents Advanced Services in providing leadership and direction on solutions that maximize business benefits.

COMMUNICATION

- Excellent communication skills are required to build effective relationships both internally within Cisco as well as with the customer and partners.
- Must have consultative experience and possess the ability to facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with an emphasis on understanding business requirements and transforming them into technical deliverables.

LOCATION

Located either in South East (near Reading) or Edinburgh, willing to travel to London and Edinburgh.
