Principal Consultant - Banking/Insurance - Consultancy

Principal Consultant required by a Global Consultancy based in Central London paying £100,000 - £130,000, depending on experience + an exceptional benefits package.

The Principal Consultant must come from a consultancy background and must be prepared for some UK based travel.

The Principal Consultant will be required to successfully manage multiple complex consulting engagements with a number of clients, leading teams of consultants and client staff on client sites, as well as managing growth by identifying sales opportunities on existing accounts and with new clients.

The Principal Consultant must have the following:

-10+ years of management consulting experience
-Extensive experience managing consulting engagements for banking and insurance clients
-Experience supporting business expansion opportunities with new and existing clients
-Proposal development experience and the ability to sell business solutions to clients
-A track record of successfully driving and managing growth with clients
-Experience running programmes, managing teams and driving business solutions
-A demonstrated track record of successfully managing large and complex consulting engagements
-Experience delivering both business and technical projects and programmes for financial services clients
-Experience interfacing and managing relationships with senior level clients
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Excellent stakeholder management skills
-A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
