Projektbeschreibung

The Principal Chemoinformatics Scientist in the Chemical Biology Department performs cheminformatics analysis by generating Structure Activity Relationship (SAR) tables, calculating molecular properties, building Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship (QSAR) models, and compound library design, and conducts virtual screening through pharmacophore modeling and docking in collaboration with biologists and chemists in drug discovery project teams. Performs routine statistical analysis of screening results as needed. Maintains the department's database of biological screening results. Works with team members to develop and implement new algorithms for cheminformatic analysis. (MJP)
