Principal Analyst

I am working with an NHS trust based in the North East who are looking to recruit for a Principal Analyst on a short term contract. Below are the key requirements for the post

- Highly developed analytical skills (building analytical tools and interpreting results)
- Knowledge of all aspects of NHS preferably, but most importantly you must have in-depth knowledge of PbR and the application of SUS data
- Expertise in the application of SQL server and integrating SQL with Excel to automate analytical outputs
- Significant experience of data mining (to be able to do Acute provider 'deep dives' to find possible payment challenges or opportunities to improve efficiency)
- Statistical analysis
- Producing written reports to present complex analysis, recommendations and conclusions to customers
