* Acquisition design, technical leadership in seismic acquisition development projects
* Demonstrate market trends as it pertains to competitiveness
* Advanced degree (Geoscience, Physics, etc)
* 15+ years experience in seismic acquisition, particularly systems development, operations, and survey design in both offshore and onshore environments
* Strong background in R&D; background in electrical engineering is a plus
