Prime Services Senior Development Manager

JOB TITLE: PRIME SERVICES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Caspian One are currently working with the Prime Finance team of a major Investment Bank based in the city, our client has recently merged the Prime Services and Equity Finance businesses and as a result, a new technology platform has been built with which existing clients have been on-boarded to. This recent merger has created opportunities for the team to review and consolidate technical infrastructure across the two departments.

There is therefore a requirement to hire a Development Manager who can run the Client Interactions team which will be responsible for scheduled Prime Finance client reporting and functional enhancements to the Prime Finance Client Portal.

Technical

-          Strong experience in the management of development teams.
-          Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, Linux, Flex, HTML, Actuate and automated testing tools.
-          Development background (Development, Analysis, Design, Architecture)
-          Experience in tracking/planning projects using Agile planning practises.

Business

-          Good understanding and exposure to Prime Brokerage and Equity Finance business.
-          Investment Banking background a prerequisite.
