Prime Services Client Technology Support Analyst (Equities, IT, Client Facing,London, Market Rate)

My client, a top tier investment bank, is looking to hire a permanent, technical, external client facing solution analyst/ support analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world famous bank which offers a fast-paced, technology-driven business area which has had a long track record of sustained growth.

The primary responsibilities of this role are to act as an interface between the Sales and Relationship Management team and IT Developers. You will be directly liaising with the clients and work with the respective relationship mangers/ sales personnel in order to onboard new clients into the system. This includes providing technical advice to the business and the client, for what solution will best suit the client/ trade flow/ go-live timeframe.

This is a fast paced environment and you will require knowledge in:

- Prime Brokerage Business knowledge (Equity and Equity Swap Products)
- Client Onboarding/ relationship management experience
- Experience in a common scripting language (e.g. UNIX, Java, C++, VBA etc)
