PRIME BROKERAGE ANALYST -WARICK COURT BASED - Contract role

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is currently seeking to recruit a Prime Brokerage Analyst within their Hedge fund Broker Dealer Services department in their office based in Warick Court.

As a Prime Brokerage Analyst you will help facilitate the set up of prospective clients on our custody and financing platform, including reporting, connectivity and AML/KYC. You will need to understand platform architecture and how systems connect with each other as well as understand the documentation side of the process to fulfil the position.

Responsibilities of a Prime Brokerage Analyst:

* Report Scheduling - Scheduling of account activity, margin, pricing/charging, swap and regulatory reports according to client type and products traded.
* Assist Client Service with reporting and documentation queries as well as account maintenance.
* Requesting and managing emerging market account openings and exchange membership documentation.
* Project work - Including Audit and Regulatory Projects.
* Liaison with internal partners to improve efficiencies and time to market.

Requirements of a Prime Brokerage Analyst:

* Ideally have had previous experience in an account set up or onboarding role;
* An understanding of AML/KYC requirements or the documentation different clients types require would be an advantage;
* Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast paced environment;
* Be articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Have good judgement and attention to detail;
* Work independently with strong administrative/problem solving skills and be able to handle confidential matters and information
