Pricing Manager

My client is one of the fasting growing challenger banks in the UK.

They are looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to join their Product Strategy team to work on a number of 'white label' products and proposition; for their long withstanding key partnership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the preparation of value added pricing, product, and strategy recommendations on a monthly and ad hoc basis supported by detailed analytics and impacts to the business.
- Create and recommend strategies to maximise profitability while balancing any analysis and recommendation with consideration of the customer impact and within Conduct Risk parameters.
- Generate quantitative insight on Pricing behaviour.
- Develop a detailed understanding of Business financials and the key drivers.
- Contribute to forecast process by interpreting results and provide details on variances.
- Work with 3rd parties to ensure quality and quantity of insight is suitable to drive analysis.
- Support the Product Team on initiatives with financial and business analysis.
- As the UK Deposit lead in product and pricing analysis, stay abreast of the competition by analysing market trends and recommend product

ESSENTIAL KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- An experienced Pricing Analyst, with minimum 5 year`s experience gained in a consumer environment (eg financial services, telecoms, energy). Good understanding of the retail financial services market and savings products beneficial.
- Proven analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of data, and identify potential opportunities for efficiencies & improvements.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (SAS, SQL experience beneficial).
