RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define pricing strategies for core network products and the service portfolios
- Manage price models and sales models to increase profit and competitiveness.
- Value proposition and positioning- Identify solutions value and define the pricing model for turnkey/e2e solutions covering items of: consultation, system integration, service delivery, solutions' hardware + software, life cycle management..etc
Details of work:
- Competitor and Customer Analysis - market forecasts, business drivers, study customer's pain points and competitors' benchmarking.
- contribute to design/build business & sales model and monitor the performance and effectiveness
- Justify solution offerings/products/services with TCO/ROI
- Define pricing model and features it accordingly. Push to Sales through quotation tools that takes into account of the end-to-end approach
- Develop and manage business tools such as quotation/sales modelling tools to be available for various stake holders/responsible parties
- Manage sales models' end-to-end and output the corresponding marketing materials
- Support market development, contribute to the key top N or "lighthouse" project success
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or marketing disciplines
- 10 years + experience as senior marketing manager or pricing manager B2B
- Well-rounded and deep industry and market understanding and knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Good leadership skill, able to lead and team up people to drive deliverables
- Excellent project planning and management skill
- Self-motivated, detail minded and committed working attitude
- Fluent in English. Additional language will be an added advantage
