Pricing Analyst

In the highly competitive business to business energy markets, bespoke pricing analysts are always in high demand. This position will allow for the opportunity to interact closely and be part of a pricing team that covers bespoke power and gas contracts with exposure to high value clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ownership of the key B2B pricing systems and complex models, and generating tailored bespoke solutions. As well as operational pricing, you will be involved in monitoring and analysis of electricity / gas B2B cost stacks to ensure a robust and competitive edge on all products in the portfolio vs the competition.

A position of this nature will provide the candidate with a fantastic opportunity to develop their market knowledge, which can only help further their career. As this is a senior role, this could lead on further down the line to the chance of mentoring junior members of structuring and pricing team.

The successful candidate will have a relevant technical degree, plus previous experience in a similar commercial Pricing role within the Energy industry. The following knowledge is also required:

* Advanced Excel and VBA skills.
* Client facing skills, ability to communicate with external and internal stake holders.
* Proven understanding of the pricing process and methodologies.
