Experienced PRESS OFFICERS required - Government - London

Our Central Government Client is looking for 4 experienced Press Officers to join a dynamic team in one of the busiest media teams in Government.

CANDIDATES MUST DEMONSTRATE SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN A NEWSROOM OR PUBLIC RELATIONS ROLE, AND THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE TO ALL AGE AND SOCIAL DEMOGRAPHIC GROUPS ON A WIDE ARRAY OF ISSUES.

Candidates must have the ability to think of creative ways to promote the department''s policies. React quickly to breaking news stories, and advise Ministers and Senior Officials abut the best way to communicate policy announcements. You will have experience of working with national, regional and consumer media. The ability to write blogs, press releases and briefing materials clearly and concisely is essential. Candidates may be required to accompany Ministers and Senior Officials to early morning or late evening interviews.

CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND INTERVIEW IN LONDON ON FRIDAY 20/12/13 OR MONDAY 23/12/13, AND TO START IN JANUARY.
