Press Officer required for a leading global defence company based in Farnborough. The Press Officer plays a key role in helping manage the press office and provide support to specific defence businesses. The primary purpose of the role will be to manage the day-to-day running of the press office.

DUTIES:- - Write, develop, edit press releases and other content (online, backgrounders, Q drafting press statements ( getting approval where appropriate) and managing and informing relevant stakeholders

SKILLS:- - Experience as a Press Officer
- Must have to ability to be Security Cleared
- Social Media experience
- Experience of crisis communications
- Experience of defence industry
- Minimum of three years' media relations experience either agency or in-house
