PRESENTATION SPECIALIST - BANKING

We are seeking a Presentation Specialist to join a global banking organisation where you will be supporting the Team Lead on managing FD responsibilities while delivering high quality output of banker requests. This is a night shift role working either 9pm - 5am or 10pm - 6am.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as primary backup for TL and assist in shift operations whenever required including:

- Effective, in-depth intake of new jobs
- Ensure all associated files are available and legible
- Ensure all copyright requirements are met
- Ensure full and complete understanding of the requirement and be able to articulate this clearly to operators
- Partner with banker on which solution is best
- Negotiate/agree deadlines with bankers based on global availability of resources
- Liaise with global team to secure most efficient solutions
- Help manage allocation of work to next appropriate operator available globally, utilizing appropriate tools (forward scheduling, IM) to ensure deadlines are met and instructions are being accurately followed

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Expert in MS Office and certification in typing is essential

- Ideally experience with some Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
