Prepaid Cards Process Officer (Brussels)

We have launched a prepaid card with an external provider. The objective is to describe the process in ARIS and all documents supporting the process (e.g process notes).

Function Description
Process Officer :
° Adapt Eureka Nota/Doc server/renewal card process for prepaid cards.
° Collaborate with marketing to identify areas of improvements.
° Support/replace team member in different projects related to cards environments.

Experience
° 4-8 years professional experience
° Minimum 3 years in banking, in a Cards process environment
° Proven track record of process improvements
° Process design and modelling
° Experience with change management
° Definition of KPIs non system based
° Identification of potential improvements areas
° Definition potential solutions (non-technical)

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Experience in ARIS Designer, presentation skills, Workshop organization, Process implementation know how, Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio),

Business Experience
Mandatory
Extended experience in Cards domain

BNPP Fortis Know How
