-Recruiting, onboarding and training new content agencies
-Managing and optimising current content partnerships
-Managing and optimising current social content community partnerships
-Develop and execute content campaigns in partnership with the Social Team
-Report on outreach, engagement, and traffic performance
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends across content platforms
-Availability to attend industry events (as needed)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Excellent writing and communication skills
-German on a native speaker lever, fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
-Advanced understanding of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr etc.)
-Ability to exercise judgment in negotiations
-Superior project management skills
-Editorial background a plus
-Solid experience
