Premises Management Officer

Eden Brown are currently recruiting for a freelance Premises Management Officer for my client a local authority in North East Lincolnshire.
We are looking for candidates from a Facilities Management background who can manage a multi site portfolio of properties mainly NHS trust sites.
Qualifications within a Facilities / Property Management background would be desirable. The contract is ongoing.

Other duties include;

Asset Management and SHEQ representative for the Authority
Arranging Minor works within time specified in the service level agreements.
Delivery of cost effective procurement in line with the corporate procurement strategy.
Project management, office moves, security, cleaning etc
Risk management to the civic / admin buildings, void buildings and surplus land portfolio.
Assisting in planning capital projects and delivering on site
