Pre-Commissioning Commissioning Engineer oil & gas Pipeline Primavera

We need Pre-Commissioning Commissioning Engineer for our EPCI client in Paris within oil & gas for 2 years contract.

Our client manage many big projects in Europe and Africa and due to their growth and long term project they require a highly skilled Senior Pre-Commissioning Engineer who has excellent knowledge of Pipelines for project between France and Africa.

We need applicants with experiences of Pre-Commissioning of Pipelines if (Subsea better)  and familiar with  procedure writing.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, co-ordination, control and preparation of technical and commercial proposals for subsea pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Review the proposed design of all the incorporated items as well as the subsea structures design (pipeline termination end, manifold, inline tee, pig launcher and receiver).
Preparation of the pre-commissioning plan, method statement, specifications.
Review of the subsea structures fabrication procedures
Set-up of the mechanical completion management system following company's specification and implementation/management of this system during operations
Specification, follow-up of the procurement and mobilization, of the installation aids required for the pre-commissioning activities
Review and approval of the Sub-Contractors proposed list of equipment, instrumentation, consumables and personnel
Supervision of the pre-commissioning activities performed by the Pre-commissioning Sub-Contractor's team on site either on offshore/onshore facilities or on installation vessels.
Assistance to the Installation Manager for the operation schedule set-up and modifications.

Also excellent knowledge of Software Primavera and French speaking language skills will be an advantage.
