ANNUAL SALARY £28,500 - £40,000

FULL TIME, FIXED TERM CONTRACT/SECONDMENT - 18 MONTHS

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the creation of the new Essex Family Solutions Service, which will deliver targeted early intervention for children and families at risk of not achieving their full potential. With a strong emphasis on multi-agency working and innovation, the new teams will develop and deliver a range of services which enable families to find sustainable solutions to improve their lives. Support will focus on increasing levels of parental employment, and reducing rates of school absences and incidences of anti-social behaviour and youth crime.

We are looking for a committed team of leaders and support staff who are passionate about improving the lives of families through direct work within the community. Teams will be based within the heart of communities, initially across four areas of Essex. The work is part of the government's Troubled Families agenda, but is being developed in Essex as part of a wider integrated family support programme.

Four Practice Supervisors posts are being offered on the basis of an 18 month Fixed Term Contract; candidates interested in applying on a secondment basis are also welcome.
