Practice Nurse - Fixed Term - Band 6 (RGN) - Essex

•Salary: £26,836.00 - £35,862.00 per annum, pro rata
•Hours: 22.5 hours per week.

St Andrews healthcare is the largest national charitable provider of specialist mental health services in the UK. We provide psychiatric assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for adults and young people with mental health problems, learning disabilities and brain injuries.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Practice Nurse to support our Unit Managers in providing quality primary health care for our client group. The successful post-holder will be required to work effectively with their peers and be semi-autonomous. You will provide a full range of services including general treatment room duties, immunisations, chronic disease management, well person checks and health promotion advice. You will work as a key member of the team and be able to demonstrate a commitment to evidence based practice.

St Andrew's Healthcare, Essex offers a wide variety, low secure and rehabilitation in; step down / rehabilitation wards for both men and women requiring Mental Health Care.

The successful post holder will be required to work effectively with their peers and be semi-autonomous providing a full range of services including general treatment room duties, Immunisations, Chronic Disease Management, Well Person Checks and Health Promotion advice.
