Practice Change Manager

Our client is after a PRACTICE CHANGE MANAGER to come in and support the implementation of IT Service Management and broader cultural change by building internal capability.

The role is to cover a current resource that will be on long service leave for 6 - 8 weeks and this is an urgent requirement with an immediate start.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

- Experience and knowledge of organisational change management principles and methodologies.
- Preferably public sector/higher education sector experience.
- HR background would be a strong benefit.
- Experience in writing position descriptions and broad understanding of IT roles and responsibilities.
- Awareness of/exposure to SFIA is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal as you will need to prepare communications and presentations.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
