PR Manager

PR Manager urgently required for a leading city based Investment Management firm.

The PR Manager must have a proven track record within Financial Services.

The PR Manager must have experience in PR or Journalism.

Your skills and experience

*Journalism or PR experience, preferably in financial services
*A keen interest in markets and the economy
*Established relationships with national and trade media plus a desire to identify and pursue opportunities where Fidelity can improve its media relationships
*Knowledge and understanding the investment management industry, with knowledge of the IFA market a definite plus
*An ability to communicate technical or dry investment content in an interesting, digestible format - sometimes to a tight deadline
*Experience of developing creative and interesting material for a range of audiences, rather than being satisfied with 'churning out' standardised press collateral
*Enthusiasm and the ability to work closely and effectively with other team members as required in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
*Media planning - for example keep up to speed with new media and new opportunities for/threats to Fidelity and the management of its reputation in the media
*An ability to manage multiple stakeholders, of various levels of seniority, across different teams and markets
