* PPM Tool Administrator (PowerSteering Cloud based) - London or Paris - 3 to 6 months contract.

Our customer, a world leader in their industry sector, are embarking on a programme to identify synergies following a new acquisition. They have decided to implement a tool which will be used to report and track these synergies worldwide, and will be used by about 300 people. The project has recently kicked-off, and we are now looking for a full time system administrator for the cloud based synergy tracking tool.

You will become a member of the worldwide core team and will. Manage access rights to the system (give access based on defined procedures, monitor user activity). Ensure that the system is secured, and follow up on Quality Service/system response. Manage daily user inquiries and support project activities, Plan and conduct training sessions with the users across the organisation. Submit issues or changes requested by users through the Help Desk Support.

-Communicate to the users any changes to the system or related rules
-Experience in system administration would be an advantage
-Fluent English (spoken and written), good communication and presentation skills
-Candidate should be able to support system users on all the technical issues arising
-Communicate clearly and be systematic in explanations given
-Candidate should be well organised to manage timely users requests
-Ability to learn rapidly, be flexible, a team-player and result oriented.
-Awareness of reporting tools
